The Angels of Love organization is honored to announce the 2nd Annual Violence Against Women Conference, returning in 2026 as a powerful platform for education, advocacy, and collaboration.

This two-day event will unite professionals, advocates, survivors, and community leaders from across Texas and beyond to address the critical issues surrounding violence against women. Through keynote addresses, panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities, we aim to advance awareness, prevention, and support strategies that create lasting change.

We are now accepting proposals from:

• Experts, Practitioners & Advocates in the fields of law enforcement, social work, counseling, healthcare, education, legal services, and policy.
   
• Survivors & Community Voices with stories that inspire resilience and change.
   
• Innovative Programs & Research Leaders offering best practices, case studies, or new approaches to prevention, advocacy, and survivor support.
   

• Domestic violence prevention and intervention strategies
   
• Sexual assault awareness and advocacy
   
• Trauma-informed care and survivor services
   
• Legal protections and judicial response
   
• Law enforcement training and accountability
   
• Policy innovations and legislative solutions
   
• Community mobilization and grassroots advocacy
   
• Intersectional approaches (cultural, racial, economic, generational)
   

• Proposals should include:
   
  • Title of presentation/workshop
     
  • Abstract (150–250 words)
     
  • Speaker bio (150 words max per presenter)
     
  • Learning objectives for attendees
     
  • Any required AV/tech needs
     
• All submissions must be received by [Insert Deadline Date].
   
• Selected presenters will be notified by [Insert Notification Date].
